Popcorn Cake For Kids

  • 250g butter;
  • 32 marshmallows;
  • 175g popped popcorn;
  • 175g jelly texture candy;
  • 150g peanuts;
  • 200g candy.


  • Melt the butter and marshmallows in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir it often;
  • Put popcorn in a large bowl and pour marshmallow mixture over top. Stir well to combine;
  • Add the candy and nuts and mix together;
  • Pack into a greased tube cake tin. Let set till cooled. Turn out onto a plate to serve. Cut in wedges.
